Lounge Cocktail:

Many people know of nude beaches but never partake. About a year ago I was in Miami and we where directed to a "clothing optional" beach just north of South Beach. I must say I was very apprehensive and loaded up a cooler full of beer, for courage, before finding this sandy stretch of hedonism. What did I learned of this experience? Bring your own lighter and bottle opener. Think pure thoughts. You are not the fattest person on the beach and you are not the most endowed either. And after 14 beers in the warm Miami sun, it is your God given right to be naked. Anyway here is cocktail for enduring my little story.

Nude Beach

1 oz. Gold Rum
2 oz. Pineapple Juice
2 oz. Orange Juice
1/2 oz. Grenadine
Dash Lime Juice

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Mix well and strain into a chilled collins glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Lounging With A Video:

Heart Breakers
Sigourney Weaver, Jennifer Love-Hewitt, Anne Bancroft, Gene Hackman and personal favorite Ray Liotta

A funny little movie about love of money and deceit. Segourney Weaver uses sex or the lack there of to make her living as an ex-wife. Gene Hackman's character, a wealthy tobacco baron, has some hacking scenes that made me chuckle. If you like feel good movies with a little teasing this is one for you.

If you would rather watch an alien explode or laugh really hard you might want to look around the video store a bit more.

The research is finished:
Why we are all so tired.

For a couple years I've been blaming it on iron deficient blood, lack of vitamins, dieting and a dozen other maladies. But now I found out the real reason. I'm tired because I'm overworked.

The population of this country is 237 million. 104 million are retired. That leaves 133 million to do the work. There are 85 million in school, which leave 48 million to do the work. Of this there are 29 million employed by the federal government. This leaves 19 million to do the work. Four million are in the Armed Forces, which leaves 15 million to do the work. Take from the total the 14,800,000 people who work for State and City Government and that leaves 200,000 to do the work. There are 188,000 ill and in hospitals, so that leaves 12,000 to do the work. Now, there are 11,998 people in Prisons.

That leaves just two people to do the work. You and me. And you're sitting there reading e-mail.

Watch what you wish for!

A couple had been married for 25 years and also celebrated their 60th birthdays.

During the celebration a fairy appeared and said that because they had been such a loving couple all those years, she would give them one wish each.

The wife wanted to travel around the world. The fairy waved her wand and boom! She had the tickets in her hand.

Next, it was the husband's turn. He paused for a moment, then said shyly, "Well, I'd like to have a woman 30 years younger than me." The fairy picked up her wand and boom! He was 90.

The B.K. Lounge Grill: The Gold Coast

I had this sandwich in a deli in Chicago years ago. Every year after Thanksgiving I think of this sandwich and sometimes have all the stuff to make it. Why this is called the Gold Coast, I do not know. I would call it a cranberry, turkey and cream cheese on sour dough if it where my invention, but it is not. So we will continue to call it a Gold Coast.

• Sour Dough Bread
• Cream Cheese, room temperature
• Turkey, sliced or left over
• Cranberry Sauce, chilled. Not the jelly cranberries that come out of a can. Although if that is all you have it will have to do.

Toast the sour dough bread. Spread the cream cheese on one of pieces of toasted sour dough bread. I like a fairly thick layer of cream cheese but it is your heart.

Next place a layer of turkey on one the toast.

Then a layer of cranberry sauce.

Spread some more cream cheese on the other slice of toast and place it on top to complete the sandwich. That's it.
